Melissa Dee

A graduate from the University of Surrey's Music and Sound Recording (Tonmeister) course, Melissa joined the WoS team in 2013. During this time she has worked regularly as both an engineer and producer with a variety of ensembles such as The International Staff Songsters, Foden's Band, Cory Band, The Sixteen, London Symphony Orchestra, Scottish Chamber Orchestra, and the Monteverdi Choir and Orchestras. As well as studio sessions, Melissa is regularly involved in the recording of live events at venues such as the Royal Albert Hall and Birmingham Symphony Hall. Melissa enjoys the wide diversity of her work, maintaining a busy schedule of audio and video production.

Outside of work Melissa is involved in Girlguiding, running a local Brownie unit as well as helping to organise countywide events. She plays touch rugby every week and is a keen cyclist and runner. Melissa also enjoys playing tenor horn with the local brass band when time allows.
