Phoebe Snook

Phoebe started playing trumpet at the age of 7 through the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust, and eventually went on to study trumpet performance at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire, where she graduated with a first-class honours degree.

Alongside performing, Phoebe is enthusiastic about arts management and administration, and during her time at university completed work experience placements with groups such as the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra, Orchestra of the Swan, and Birmingham Contemporary Music Group. She also managed the Conservatoire brass band, helping lead the band to their first Unibrass victory in 2022.

At her role in World of Sound, Phoebe works closely with the team to coordinate all aspects of the different recordings, concerts, and live events, and has thoroughly enjoyed the role so far since joining the team in 2022.

Outside of work, Phoebe is a keen competitive swimmer and plays flugelhorn in a local brass band.
